I stay in communication, research properties, review comparable sales, and help you think through offer strategy. Once you’re under contract, I’ll guide you through inspections and negotiations, stay connected with your lender and attorney, keep an eye on important deadlines, and help you work through the unexpected things that can come up along the way.
